WP Shop Cart plugin allows you to set up emails that are sent to the customers automatically on purchase, when an order is pending, when goods are shipped, and when you refund an order.
To set up the emails, go to Email & Text Notification Settings from WP Shop Cart’s Settings menu. You can use the email tags provided below to write your own emails for your customers.
• Email Sent on Purchase triggers when a customer do a successful transaction will PayPal.
• Email Sent when Order Pending triggers when a customer do a manual payment.
• Email Sent when Shipped triggers when you change the delivery status of an order from Pending to Shipped.
• Email Sent on refund triggers when you change the payment status of an order from Complete to refund.
